These terms of service govern your use of Techstreampathlab products and services. By purchasing or using our appliances and accompanying applications, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our products. 1. License and Use
Techstreampathlab grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our products and services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our appliances or software. Any unauthorized modification, adaptation, or reproduction of our products is strictly prohibited.
2. Product Warranties
Techstreampathlab products come with a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, contact our support team with proof of purchase. Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techstreampathlab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this provision may not apply to you.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use our products for illegal purposes, harassment, or to violate any third-party rights. 6. Payment and Refunds
Payment for products must be made in full at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods. We process refunds within 30 days of return for unopened products in original condition. Opened or used products may not be eligible for refund but may be eligible for replacement under warranty. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Techstreampathlab arranges shipping through reputable carriers. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by carriers. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.
8. Product Safety and Installation
Our products must be installed according to provided instructions and local electrical codes. Improper installation may void warranty and pose safety hazards. Techstreampathlab is not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from incorrect installation or use. For complex installations, we recommend consulting with a qualified professional electrician.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT, TECHSTREAMPATHLAB MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be governed by the laws of Japan. You agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation before pursuing formal legal action. Either party may submit disputes to binding arbitration or pursue legal action in courts located in Tokyo, Japan, subject to applicable jurisdiction and venue rules.
11. Termination
Techstreampathlab may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately, though provisions regarding payment obligations, warranty disclaimers, and liability limitations shall survive termination.
